Imagine John Lennon
Imagine John Lennon — #BD-10-09
After the breakup of the Beatles in 1970, John Lennon continued his search for meaning and personal philosophy. Writing the song “Imagine” magnified his yearning for a peaceful society, believing that if we were all one country, one world, one people, we might be mindful of our imagination and its potential, using collective visualization to improve the world.
This drawing was inspired by that message, portraying Lennon in a meditative state of deep imagination.
